Shut your mouth and save your life! This is the title of George Gatlin’s book, written in the 1800s. It focuses on the importance of breathing through the NOSE. I personally have benefited tremendously by changing my breathing habits, and focusing on nose breathing during the day. This has helped me keep my mouth closed at night, and sleep better than I have in years. So many people suffer from the ill effects of mouth breathing. If you have untreated sleep apnea, you have very little chance of living a happy, healthy life. From poor oral health to arrhythmias to DEMENTIA, the effects of snoring, night time mouth breathing and sleep apnea can have serious health implications.
